This is 25 microns non transfer security label that used on camera lens.

Reveals hidden message on label film itself, If the label is attempted to be removed, it will not leave a residue, but it will display a message to security personnel indicating that the label was removed and that the camera function was likely used in the restricted area. These non-transfer protection labels are used to decide if an object or enclosed area has been accessed. If the seals are found intact, there is no need to take any further measures.
